Joey was an outstanding baseball player, and was on track to be select to Major League Baseball . In the evening, while the driver drove home, his tire slowed and his car rolled. The roof of his truck shattered leaving him paralyzed. Joey’s crash could have been prevented had the tire manufacturer produced the tire correctly.
