But in this 21st century, several factors disturb the mental health of a person and those factors are a part of individual life. Viparita Karani-

This pose regulates the blood circulation in the body and relaxes it. Your body is at ease while you are performing this pose and thus this is one of the most effective poses. All you need to do is lie down flat on the floor and put both legs up leaning to a walk and hold the pose. You can also use a cushion for support lie down quietly with closed eyes and keep breathing in and out.

Shavasana-

This pose relaxes the entire body and is usually done after a workout or after all the asanas. This pose relaxes each inch of the body and thus helps in improving mental health.
